Our Lab

Did you know that EM is one of the few Online Photography Service’s with its own Pro Print Lab? That's right, we truly are a full service lab! Now you know how we can maintain such high quality printing, great customer service, fast turnaround times AND be your low cost provider. Here are some other advantages to having our lab in-house that our photographers enjoy:

• Every image is quality assured by an imaging scientist who will manually color correct any image that is not optimized.
• Responsive and attentive Customer Service is easy when the Online Ordering Experience and the Print Lab are tied together. Our Photographers praise us all the time for being able to stop orders, redirect to different addresses or expedite orders. If your order has not printed and shipped we can intervene in most cases and modify the order for you typically same day.
• Not only can we control quality and the turn around times better, we can manage our costs as well not to mention that we do not need to share margins with another Pro Lab. We pass these cost savings on to you in the form of lower commissions and wholesale pricing.

Our history

ExposureManager was started in 2004 by Donovan Janus and Rhesa Rozendaal. As photo enthusiasts we decided that there should be a better way to do business online. Where other services have added sales as kind of an afterthought, ExposureManager has been designed with only one thing in mind; improving your bottom-line.

We know that no two photographers are the same, and because of that our workflow processes are flexible and created to match the way you want to work. Ever since ExposureManager started, we have been blessed with passionate users that have given us feedback which features to add to help you sell more.

Features and functionality is one thing, but we're not just a service that you use for online sales. Personal attention is very important to us. That's why our customer support is done by actual professional photographers that know what it takes to be successful.
